At BonafideAI, transparency, fairness, and the protection of our intellectual property are core to how we operate.

Because every program includes instant access to proprietary digital frameworks and educational assets, we maintain the following clear, consistent refund and cancellation terms.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and enrollments made through BonafideAI and Creative Atmosphere LLC.

By completing a purchase or enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Digital Programs & Courses — All Sales Final

Because our training materials, downloads, and video modules provide immediate access to confidential educational content, all sales are final once payment is processed.

Refunds are not available for digital products after purchase, except as outlined in Section 4.

This structure protects all students, ensures fairness, and preserves the value of our intellectual property.

3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

If you participate in a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals any time before the next billing cycle.

To cancel, email [email protected] at least 48 hours before your next scheduled payment.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment or Billing Error – You were charged twice for the same product or service.

  2. Accidental Duplicate Purchase – You purchased the exact same program multiple times under the same account.

  3. Unauthorized Transaction – A verified fraudulent charge reported within 7 calendar days of payment.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and include proof of transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of this Policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide documentation of this Policy and purchase consent to financial institutions.

6. Transfers & Replacements

All BonafideAI courses and licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared or resold.

If a program becomes unavailable due to technical issues or platform migration, we may grant equal-value replacement access at our discretion instead of a refund.

7. Program Cancellations by BonafideAI

In rare cases where BonafideAI cancels a program before access is granted, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If a program is rescheduled or moved to a different platform, your access will be preserved without additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property & Access Integrity

All BonafideAI content is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Duplicating, redistributing, or reselling any material violates our Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action and revocation of access without refund.

9. Acknowledgment of Policy at Checkout

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A link to this Policy appears on all BonafideAI checkout pages and order confirmations for full disclosure and transparency.
