These Terms protect both you and our community—ensuring clarity, fairness, and security.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BonafideAI’s website, digital platform, or related services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

BonafideAI is owned and operated by Creative Atmosphere LLC, a California-based education and AI technology company.
All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Creative Atmosphere LLC d/b/a BonafideAI.
3. Use of Our Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our materials.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt functionality.
- Misuse login credentials or impersonate BonafideAI personnel.
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.
4. Purchases & Payments
All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Creative Atmosphere LLC to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount displayed.
Because access to digital materials is granted instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except for verified duplicate payments or technical errors reported within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property & License
All BonafideAI content—including videos, PDFs, frameworks, AI-generated voice or avatar assets, and other digital media (“Materials”)—is the exclusive property of Creative Atmosphere LLC.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Materials for your own education and business development.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute Materials.
- Upload, scrape, or use our content for AI or machine-learning training.
- Remove copyright or watermark notices.
- Rebrand our frameworks or use them under another business name.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved
6. Confidentiality
All mentorships, community discussions, and private sessions are confidential.
Recording or sharing such content without written permission is prohibited.
7. User Accounts & Cybersecurity
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your login.
We employ encryption and industry-standard cybersecurity measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

8. Testimonials & Media Use
By submitting feedback, comments, or testimonials, you grant Creative Atmosphere LLC permission to use your words, first name, and likeness for marketing or educational purposes.
You may revoke consent at any time by contacting support.
9. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
BonafideAI provides educational tools and mentorship programs only.
We do not guarantee income or measurable outcomes.
Individual success depends on personal effort and external factors.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By using our Platform, you consent to these policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Atmosphere LLC, its officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Atmosphere LLC, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
